SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
FLAT RATE Shipping of $3.99 on all U.S. orders.
All orders are shipped from NYC. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your door.
Please note, as a small business we do our best to get your orders out quickly! Once a package leaves the CozyRack HQ, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. If you have any questions, please reference your tracking number and contact your local carrier.
CozyRack is not responsible for your packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We know your attention is demanded elsewhere most of the time, but please enter the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you think you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work together to figure it out.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
For the fastest service, please visit our online shop to check if the new item is in stock. Place the order for the new item and we will immediately credit the returned item once received. At this time we do not offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return.

We happily accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date (45 days for international orders). Return Checklist:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned in their original condition
- Garments are free of makeup stains, deodorant stains, animal hair, cigarette smoke odor, or alterations.
- Include the original packing slip with your returned merchandise.
